Ah the BB.  The only part that your legs directly connect to.  That means any drag or resistance in your BB is felt by your legs when pedaling.  By upgrading to a F1 Ceramic BB, you will notice a higher cadence and less resistance.  What does that mean?  More power which means more speed!

This kit is for the SRAM BB86 system that use the press in cups and SRAM GXP cranks.  BB86 is used on many new Giant, BMC and Scott bikes using the press in design.
