Ah the BB. The only part that your legs directly connect to. That means any drag or resistance in your BB is felt by your legs when pedaling. By upgrading to a F1 Ceramic BB, you will notice a higher cadence and less resistance. What does that mean? More power which means more speed!
This is a must have upgrade for SRAM riders! Our 2010 SRAM BB starts life as our highly regarded Shimano 10 BB. Then we make 2 important changes. We supply 2, 1mm spacers to ensure proper spacing for your crank and we install the non drive shim needed for GXP cranks. |
