Ah the BB.  The only part that your legs directly connect to.  That means any drag or resistance in your BB is felt by your legs when pedaling.  By upgrading to a F1 Ceramic BB, you will notice a higher cadence and less resistance.  What does that mean?  More power which means more speed!

This kit is for the new BB90 press in bearing system and SRAM (GXP) Road cranks.

The BB90 system is found on 2008 and newer high end Trek Madone and Gary Fisher bikes.
