Are your bearings feeling a little crunchy or rough? Have they developed some play? If so, they need a some attention. As good as our bearings are, sometimes they just wear out. Instead of buying new, you can send us your bearings and we can restore them to a new condition by replacing worn out parts and cleaning them. With our Industrial Ultra Sonic cleaner, using sonic waves and our special cleaning solution, we can flush out all the dirt and grit and get your bearings feeling smooth again!

We also replace individual parts as needed, so don't worry if your race had gotten chewed up with all the miles you ride. We can replace races, retainers, seals and grease for you.  Since our ceramic balls are virtually indestructible, we re-use the ceramic balls (the most expensive part of the bearing) and send back a like new bearing!

We recommend sending them to us once every 1-2 years for cleaning or if you can no longer keep them running smoothly with regular maintenance.

No discount coupons can be used for this item as it is a service.

Select the number of bearings you will be sending us from the dropdown menu.  For example, if you are sending in a BB, you would select 2 bearings.

IMPORTANT:  After purchase, please print a copy of this form and ship the bearings and the cleaning form to us.  Our shipping address is included on the cleaning form that you print out.
Features
    • Factory cleaning goes much further than any home or shop cleaning

    • We highly recommend that you send your bearings to us at least once a year 
    • We will rotate BB bearings (drive to non drive, etc.) to help even out wear. The drive side bearing always takes more load and this helps prolong life. 
    • Please remove bearings from wheels (DO NOT SEND US YOUR WHEELS). 
    • BBs and Pulleys, it is OK to send as is.
    • Please wipe any grease from bearings.

Saved my BB May 27, 2011

Admittedly I did not perform any maintenance on my BB (i now know better).  After a season of racing and a winter of riding, I thought the BB was shot.  Sent it in and got it back in less than a week and it was like new.  Don't know how they do it but it was spinning great again...thanks guys!
