In stock orders will usually ship within one (1) business day. This includes orders using express mail delivery. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, your order will usually ship on Wednesday.

In stock orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually ship on Monday.

If you order an out of stock item, you will be notified via e-mail.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

USA Shipping
We offer Domestic shipping via USPS.
You will receive tracking numbers via e-mail when your package ships.

- USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 days average delivery time
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days average delivery time
- USPS Express Mail*: 1-2 days average delivery time

International Shipping
We offer Worldwide shipping via USPS.
You will receive tracking numbers via e-mail when your package ships.  International customers are responsible for all custom/duty charges.

- USPS First Class International Package (available for most items): 15-30 days average delivery time.  Please note this shipping method is very slow and we have no way of estimating when actual delivery will take place.  The trade-off is that it's very inexpensive.
- USPS Priority International Small Flat Rate: 15-25 days average delivery time
- USPS Priority International: 10-20 days average delivery time
- USPS Express* (EMS): 5-10 days average delivery time

Delivery Times
Quoted delivery times are estimates and vary due to USPS issues out of our hands. USPS has 1, 2 and 3 day options based on your geographical location compared to our location (we ship from Missouri). These are estimates so even though our shopping cart may say "1 Day" or "2 Day", etc. it may take longer. Once you have your tracking #, please contact USPS (or your local post office) if you have any concerns about the packages whereabouts.

Please note that we ship via USPS. Their tracking system is not a point to point tracking system like FedEx or UPS. While the USPS will more than likely scan the package at each location as it travels on it's way to you, they do not always do this. So, it may appear your package has been shipped but has no movement and then arrives suddenly. Average delivery time is 2-3 days if shipped Priority mail and 1-2 days if shipped Express but can take longer on occasion. Items shipped for free are usually shipped via First Class mail and will take 2-4 days on average.

For International customers, this is also true. The USPS and your local postal system have teamed up to deliver your package. Therefore the tracking number may not always update as the package moves through USA customs and into your local customs. Average Express (EMS) delivery time is 5-10 days, average Priority Intl. delivery time is 10-20 days, average Priority Intl. Flat Rate is 15-25 days and average First Class is 15-30 days BUT all methods can take longer due to customs clearance in your country. In particular, Priority Intl. Flat Rate and First Class which are the slowest method, so please be patient.

For both USA customers and international customers, if your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, please take the tracking number we provided when we shipped your order to your local post office and ask them to locate the package for you. They will be able to assist you more than we can as they have access to more in depth tracking info.

Free Shipping Details
From time to time we run free shipping offers for domestic USA deliveries.
Domestic Free Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on weight.
Clearance items are not eligible for free shipping.

PayPal e-checks
Payments from Paypal E-Checks will need to clear before we ship (usually 4 business days).

Delivery Delays
F1 Ceramic does not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or delayed by the delivering carrier. In the event a package(s) is either lost or delayed in transit by the delivering carrier a tracer on the package will be implemented after 30 days from the time of departure by the sender. Additionally, no adjustments will be made for packages that are delayed by the carrier.

*Express shipping costs are not refundable if the package is not delivered on time.
